This permit is only for a specific full time position nominated by a business. You cannot apply for this permanent visa unless the employer offered you the job. Also you need to prove that you have either: - already worked in that occupation on a temporary Australian work visa for at least two years. or - received a favourable skills assessment for the role and had the necessary experience in the occupation for at least 3 years.
