We had a really weird summer in Sydney, with the hottest day on record at 45.8 degrees Celsius on January 18. It hasn't been that high (or almost that high) since 1939. The temperature in Penrith in Western Sydney climbed at 46.5 degrees C.
It is also reported to have been the wettest summer in the last five years. And the autumn started really wet.
So here is what is going on in Sydney in March
